Follow the stone path through our peaceful garden to
a bright, spacious and modern fully equipped Pilates Studio.

Beyond the studio is our recently built Movement
Room that also looks out onto a tranquil garden area.
The Movement Room is available for Group Floor Pilates Classes, 
Conscious Touch Therapy, 

Movement Exploration Workshops, Foot Fitness Classes, Full Body Ball Rolling Classes and Explore Movement Classes,

All instructors at Pilates J are fully qualified and are members of nationally recognised training organisations. Pilates J owner and director - Julie Hills - invites you to join her friendly team for Group Floor Classes, Studio Equipment Sessions or a profoundly relaxing Conscious Touch Therapy Session.
