Pilates J Pilates Studio

Follow the stone path through our peaceful garden to
a bright, spacious and modern fully equipped Pilates Studio.

Beyond the studio is our Movement Room that also looks out onto a tranquil garden area.
The Movement Room is available for Group Floor Pilates Classes, 
Conscious Touch Therapy, 

Movement Exploration Workshops, Foot Fitness Classes and Full Body Ball Rolling Classes.

All instructors at Pilates J are fully qualified and are graduates of nationally recognised comprehensive training organisations.
