Small Group Floor Pilates

Pilates J prides itself on its welcoming Small Group Floor Pilates space, ready to facilitate your unique movement. We specialise in helping you move, whether you're seeking to manage an injury, chronic pain, chronic illness or to maintain and improve your overall strength, stamina, flexibility and fitness levels.

Small Group Floor Pilates classes are designed for a maximum of 8 clients only and are  55 minutes duration. Small Group Floor Classes utilise a comprehensive range of small Pilates props - including Magic Circles, foam rollers, small hand weights, resistance bands, Yamuna Balls, Franklin Balls, squishy balls, Yamuna Foot Wakers, bolsters & blocks.

Floor classes follow the Tasmanian school term schedule.​

Summer Garden Pilates

During the Summer season we offer small group Pilates classes on the mat in our beautiful garden setting. We welcome you to come and move with the birds and the trees accompanying your moving body.
