Group Floor Pilates

Pilates J prides itself on its welcoming, fully equipped Group Floor Pilates space, ready to facilitate your unique movement. We specialise in helping you move, whether you're seeking to manage an injury, chronic pain, chronic illness or to maintain and improve your overall strength, stamina, flexibility and fitness levels.

Group Floor Pilates classes are designed for a maximum of 8 clients only and are 55 minutes duration. Group Floor Classes utilise a comprehensive range of small Pilates apparatus - including Magic Circles, rollers, small hand weights, resistance bands, Yamana Balls, Franklin Balls, squishy Balls, Foot Wakers, bolsters & blocks. 

Floor classes follow the Tasmanian School Term schedule.
